We are a small, trained team of house professionals who appreciate the need for services inside the home and how they affect the quality of life for those living there, vacationing there, or maintaining the properties and estate. The demands of modernity often result in owners scrambling to keep the home organized, well managed and clean. Saratoga Premier was created as a way to meet property goals and needs and to provide trained and responsible home caregivers to give peace of mind. It is our belief that when homebase is in order, everything else seems to fall into place.

It is essential that our clients have a personalized experience based on their individual needs. Quality over quantity is something we adhere to. Saratoga Premier was created with classical home concepts in mind, such as thorough cleaning practices, the impact of presentation on guests and renters, and the wholesome preparation of meals. Whether in public running errands or at home while potential buyers or guests are present, we represent the integrity of our company as well as our client, and believe that a traditional approach of competency, personalization and cordiality go much further than quick fixes, volume and passing trends.

Our Services

House Cleaning

Estimates are given upon a cursory walk through of the premise. Pricing is based on square footage, number of rooms, and initial state of the property. Please note that the first cleaning may be a higher charge than subsequent cleanings.

House Management

Saratoga Premier offers piecemeal services such as, but not limited to, meal preparation; laundry services; ironing; party preparation; party management on-site (i.e. kitchen team management, coat check service, powder room maintenance, etc.); and seasonal decoration services (we do not provide the decor, only the service). Rates will vary.

Vacation Rental Turnover Services

Turnover services for short term rentals are a cornerstone of our business. We communicate promptly with property managers to deliver the services required before next check-in. Rates vary depending on property size, number of rooms, and laundry services requested.

Home Organization

Saratoga Premier will organize interiors within the home to meet the personalized needs of the space and owner/family. Please note that we do not do outdoor landscaping, junk removal or sorting, garage work, or any work in dark/damp/moldy/poorly-ventilated areas. Home Organization services are primarily for those areas in the home where efficiency must be maximized.
